Terms and conditions - Submitting graphical material and photography for publication on the London Housing Foundation website

When you send a photograph or other Image to us you do so in accordance with these terms and conditions.

This means that you hereby agree that you have taken the photograph(s) you have sent to us or you have permission from or are authorised by the owner of the Image(s) to send it (them) to us, and you are granting us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish or otherwise use the Image(s). The onus remains with the agency or Image Maker to say if the Image must be removed from the website after a time limited period. The London Housing Foundation reserves the right to store indefinitely digital copies of the Image(s) sent for publication on the website.

There will be no fee paid to Image Makers for the use of their Image(s). We may cut, edit, crop or arrange your Image(s) as we think fit to appear on the The London Housing Foundation website(s), and we may remove your photograph(s) or graphics at any time. The Image Maker’s name will be published alongside their Image(s) unless they have requested to remain anonymous. In either case, an agency name may be given. In most cases, it is anticipated that the London Housing Foundation will be sent images by agencies operating on behalf of the Image Maker. In these cases, The London Housing Foundation expects that the agency will have acted in good faith and that the Image Maker has provided express permission for The London Housing Foundation to present their work on its website(s).

Agencies acting on behalf of Image Maker’s whose work is featured on The London Housing Foundation website(s), may be contacted by visitors to the website for permission to reuse their work. The London Housing Foundation expects that the agency concerned will liaise with the Image Maker over any further use of their Image(s).

IMPORTANT: You or the owner of the Image(s) still own the copyright in the Image(s) sent to us and are free to republish them wherever you or the owner wish and in whatever medium you or the owner want.

This agreement is governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
