"I moved to the Foyer just after my sixteenth birthday. I'd done photography at school, which I enjoyed. I joined a photography project at the Foyer. The boy was at a play scheme that I volunteered with. I used a disposable camera because I thought I would get more natural pictures if I did not have an intrusive camera. When I took the photograph the most difficult thing was that the boy was quite camera shy and it took him a while to relax." Louise Cannon is now a project workerwith a foyer that is linked to the one she once used.
